Question:
Question about final value fee and invoice on ebay. PLEASE HELP!?

So, I sold something for 480 dollars on ebay. I recieved my payment through pay-pal and when I first got my payment, it said 480 in pay-pal. Then when I logged in again, it said 465. I figured that was just the listing fees and final value fees on the item. Then yesterday I got a message from ebay saying that my monthly invoice is now available. It said that the charge is 27.11 and it will automatically be taken out of my account. If this is the final value fee and listing fees, then what is the 15 dollars that pay-pal originally took from my 480? Im really confused and I don't know why a total of about 40 dollars is being taken from my 480. P.S: the sender of the message is ebay

if you want to email me to get more info and see parts of the real message, email me at runswithcoyote17@yahoo.com and please leave me an answer on here telling me that you emailed me.
thanks.

When you sell on eBay and accept payment through Paypal, you pay THREE fees.

1. Listing fee (you saw that when you clicked yes to list). This is added to your monthly eBay bill and that's sent to you once a month.

2. Final Value Fee (Based on final bid, but not shipping costs). This is added to your monthly eBay bill, but may not be on the same bill as the Listing fee.

3. Paypal fee (based on total amount transferred to your Paypal account). This is 30 cents and 2.9% and Paypal is smart enough to take the money at the time.

Yes, like the second post said, all of those fees apply. And the correct amount has been deducted from your account. It's usually smart to look up the total fees before you enter into something.

you do no longer "get around" eBay's rules, and you're able to extra desirable shitcan that line of questioning splendid now in case you prefer to proceed to sell on eBay. the form you get your limits extra desirable is to make some useful sales and then call eBay and chat with them for awhile, so that they experience you're genuine.
